Overview
Hans Troschel, 1899-1979, received his schooling at the Bauhaus School in Germany. Before World War 2, he was a teacher of self-expression in the arts. During the war he was taken captive and sentenced to 20 years imprisonment. In 1954 he regained his freedom and returned to Germany where he continued to work and teach.
